By visiting our site and/or submitting a pre-order request, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Wix.com Inc. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to present our premium resort wear collections and manage your reservation requests.

SECTION 1 - PRE-ORDER & RESERVATION PROCESS (NO IMMEDIATE PAYMENT)

Our website currently operates on an exclusive Pre-Order and Reservation system.

When you click "Pre-order" and validate your cart, no immediate payment is processed, and you are not required to input credit card information at checkout.
Submitting a pre-order constitutes a formal request to reserve selected items in your specified size. It does not guarantee product availability, as our handcrafted pieces are produced in strictly limited quantities.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your reservation and Services.

SECTION 2 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & MINIMUM ORDER THRESHOLD

To effectively manage international logistics and maintain sustainable operations, we enforce a strict order value threshold:

Minimum Order Requirement: All international pre-orders bound must reach a minimum total product value of $100 USD.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to cancel, decline, or refuse any pre-order request that fails to meet this minimum requirement.

SECTION 3 - FINALIZING PURCHASE & PRICING

Prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change without notice.
Once your pre-order request is reviewed and approved by our team, an exclusive payment link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Your order will only be officially confirmed, processed, and enters production after successful completion of payment through that secure link.
If payment is not completed within the specific timeframe outlined in our invitation email, your reservation will be automatically forfeited and released to the waitlist.

SECTION 4 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
