Shipping & Returns Policy
At Moemoea Beach, we believe in providing our customers with a smooth delivery experience. We offer various shipping options tailored to your needs, alongside eco-friendly packaging to protect your purchases. Our shipping rates are competitive, and we aim to deliver your unique pieces promptly, ensuring that your memories from Moorea arrive safely and beautifully packaged.
We therefore kindly ask that our customers review our international shipping and return terms prior to confirming their pre-orders/orders.
1. International Shipping & Minimum Order Value
To ensure sustainability and manage international logistics effectively from our boutique, we enforce a strict minimum order requirement for all international shipments:

Minimum Order Amount: All international shipments must reach a minimum product value of $100 USD .

Pre-Order Verification: Your payment link will only be generated and sent to you if your pre-order complies with this minimum threshold. Any request falling below $100 USD will be automatically declined and removed from our reservation list.
FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping once your approved order reaches the following conditions:

For French Polynesia: Free shipping with local pick-up (at our designated locations).

For the United States (incl. Hawaii) and New Zealand: Free shipping on all orders over $250 USD.

For Rest of World: Free shipping on all orders over $280 USD.
(For international orders below these amounts, a standard shipping fee starting at $30 USD and more will apply at checkout).
NOTICE REGARDING IMPORT FEES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
2. Pre-Order Cancellation & Modifications
We understand that circumstances can change. Here is how we handle adjustments during this launch phase:

Before Payment: Since your initial pre-order request requires no upfront payment, you may modify or cancel your reservation at any time without penalty by contacting our team.

After Payment Confirmation: Once the official launch goes live and you complete your payment via your exclusive link, your order enters immediate production and packaging. No cancellations or modifications can be accommodated past this point.
3. Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the exclusive nature, limited quantities, and complex international transit of our resort wear collection, we operate under a strict return policy:

All sales are final: We do not offer cash refunds or order cancellations once payment is completed.

Exchanges - depending on the geography:

French Polynesia only: Product exchanges are exclusively available for French Polynesia (subject to stock availability). Please contact us directly to arrange your exchange!

International Orders: Due to our highly limited inventory and international shipping times, we do not accept standard exchanges for the rest of the world. We highly recommend reviewing each item's details and description carefully before finalizing your payment.

Return windows: To request a return, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your package (based on the tracking delivery date).
4. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must strictly meet the following criteria:

The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original pristine condition.

All original labels, tags, and custom packaging must be fully intact and attached.

The item must be free from any traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or stains.
Any item returned that does not meet these criteria will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own expense.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our boutique. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable. For your security, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Every piece undergoes a rigorous quality control check before being dispatched across the world. However, if you happen to receive a defective or damaged item:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect along with your order number.
If the defect is verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a store credit if the item is entirely sold out.
